2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it to us directly:

  • Contact form - name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), message and project details (type, budget, deadline)
  • Email or phone - data provided during email or phone communication

The website does not collect personal data automatically. The only exception: if you consent in the cookie banner, we enable Google Analytics 4, which collects anonymised visit data (pages, time, device type). Without consent no analytics tool runs.

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Prepare a quote or proposal
  • Contact you regarding project delivery

We do not send newsletters, we do not profile users, and we do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data processing is based on:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken prior to entering into a contract (responding to inquiries, preparing proposals)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the data controller (handling correspondence)

Data from the contact form is stored in the CRM system (Streak), integrated with Gmail. Data is processed on Google servers in the European Union or in countries ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

We retain data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, no longer than 3 years from the last contact.

6. Cookies

Your cookie decision is stored in your browser (localStorage). If you consent, Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* (valid up to 2 years). If you refuse, no analytics cookies are created. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can withdraw consent at any time - click "Cookie settings" in the footer and choose "Reject". We then delete the analytics cookies from your browser.

Third-party tools used on this site: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) - only after your consent. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the US - Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The website is hosted on cyber_Folks servers in Poland. The contact form processes data through a server in the European Union. The connection is secured with an SSL certificate.
